When using Remote Server Administration Tools on Windows 7\/8\/8.1 Pro, it is actually possible to use RSAT without being connected to a domain, for Active Directory tools at least anyway. Unfortunately you’ll need to run the application via a runas command through an elevated command prompt as follows.<\/p>\n
